Designed by distinguished Duany Plater-Zyberk, the row consists of 21 townhomes, each ranging in 2,400 – 3,600 square feet of space. Developed and constructed in 15 months, Campo Sano Village is a unique adaptation of the city’s notoriety for themed villages and neighborhoods, elevating its architectural design and significance in a contemporary yet historic Coral Gables . Each of the five walled compounds features a central auto court that provides pedestrian and vehicular access to the units, preserving the natural vibrancy and communal flow of the village. An existing stand of live oak trees between the first and second rows were meticulously preserved and now contribute to the lush canopy of trees lining Campo Sano Avenue. Each home was finished according to the owner’s specifications and selections with custom interior finishes.
