Carmen Torre is the office controller for Torre Construction & Development. Her roles include: accounting, corporate finance and procurement. She brings over 20 years of experience to the day-to-day operations in the real estate and construction industry. Ms. Torre acts as the direct liaison between owners, contractors and public entities in ensuring that all phases of entitlements and permitting are resolved appropriately. She is also responsible for cost accounting of construction projects having directly participated in Cost Plus, Guaranteed Maximum Price and Construction Management Contracts.
