Jorge Fuentes

Jorge Fuentes has over 8 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate Industry, supervising the completion of over $500 million in construction contracts in that time. Mr. Fuentes is responsible for managing operations of all of Torre Companies commercial , residential, and special asset projects.  These responsibilities include negotiating and drafting client and subcontractor contracts, interfacing with owner’s representatives, design consultants and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis and ensuring the timely completion of project goals in a cost-effective manner that meets the stringent requirements of each client.  Mr. Fuentes holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida as well as a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Design/Construction Integration from Stanford University.  Mr. Fuentes is also certified as an Engineer Intern (EI) and a LEED Accredited Professional.
