Ronny Koen
Vice President of Operation

Ronny Koen has over 12 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate Industry, supervising the completion of more than 30 projects in that time. Mr. Koen oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure that quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met for ongoing projects. His involvement normally starts at the early planning stages including: feasibility studies, scheduling, phasing, budgeting, cost analysis all the way through final completion and delivery. He holds degree in Structural Engineering and a Masters in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University. Mr. Koen is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.
