Venny Torre

Venny Torre brings over 25 years in construction and development experience, having started working in the construction field at the young age of fifteen. Prior to founding Torre Construction & Development Co., Mr. Torre owned U.S. Construction Corp., a successful commercial and residential General Contracting firm based in South Florida. In 2003, the company was sold and Mr. Torre shifted his focus towards both real estate development and custom general contracting. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Torre has been involved either jointly or solely in numerous real estate and construction ventures which include: medical facilities, office buildings, warehouses, apartments, town-homes, and multi-million dollar custom homes. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida as well as an Associate’s Degree in Arts in Architecture. Mr. Torre is a Certified Florida Licensed General Contractor and a licensed Real Estate broker. He and his family reside in Coral Gables, FL. Mr. Torre currently serves on the Board of the Coral Gables Museum as well as The Coral Gables Historic Preservation Board. He has also recently been appointed as a Trustee of the Dade Heritage Board.
